Trend Capital Group (Trend Investor Services Pty Ltd) holds Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) No. 255475, issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Our license authorises us to provide a wide range of financial services to both retail and wholesale clients in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.

Retail Clients benefit from the highest level of regulatory protection, including detailed disclosure documents and access to dispute resolution.
Wholesale Clients include high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, or those meeting specific financial thresholds. While fewer protections apply, they gain access to a broader range of financial opportunities.

Experience and History

Trend Capital Group has been a licensed financial services provider since 2004 and has operated in financial markets since 1994. We were formerly a member of the Sydney Futures Exchange and are an accredited Managed Discretionary Account (MDA) operator.

We may authorise other businesses and advisers to provide financial services under our AFSL. These Authorised Representatives operate under our compliance and supervision framework, allowing them to provide financial advice and services using our licence.
